The coffee table is the piece people get wrong more than almost any other. Too big and the sofa feels like it’s under siege. Too small and it floats uselessly in the middle of the room, looking like it wandered in from somewhere else. Too tall, too low, the wrong shape for how people actually sit and reach and put their mugs down. These are problems worth solving properly.

What we’ve been thinking about with this collection is proportion. Not in a technical way, just in the way a room feels when the table is right. There’s a settledness to it. Everything else relaxes. We’ve looked at rooms that are generous and rooms that are genuinely tight, and we’ve chosen tables that understand the difference between them.

Round where a square would crowd. Lower where the sofa sits deep. Smaller than you think you need, which is almost always the correct instinct. These are the tables that make a sitting room feel like it was actually planned.
