The bulb fitting is the thing nobody checks until they have to. You find a lamp you love, you get it home, and then you discover it takes some obscure bayonet or a small screw cap you don’t have a bulb for. The E27 fitting sidesteps all of that. It is the most common fitting in Europe, which means your favourite filament bulb, your warm LED, your oversized globe that makes a lamp into a statement, all of it works straight away.

We’ve pulled together lamps that use the E27 fitting because we think the choice of bulb is half the design decision. A wide fitting gives you real flexibility over colour temperature, wattage, and shape. You can go warm and atmospheric or clean and bright depending on the room and the mood.
